MADISON, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man was arrested and four others were questioned after an SUV was stolen from a Davidson County business Tuesday night.
Police reported Auto Masters on Gallatin Pike in Madison was burglarized around 10:30 p.m.
Officers responded to the business after a security alarm was tripped. Upon their arrival it was discovered that five sets of keys were missing.
Owners of the business were able to track the stolen SUV via GPS to a nearby Walmart around 12:30 a.m.
Officers laid down spike strips to stop the stolen SUV as the suspect drove the vehicle out of the parking lot.
Police reported Donta Fryson, 20, was found in possession of two sets of the missing keys from Auto Masters.
Three other suspects and a juvenile were inside the SUV at the time of Fryson’s arrest.
They were all questioned by police. It is not clear if they will face any charges.
Fryson was booked into the Metro jail and charged with burglary, vehicle theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
His bond was set at $20,000.
