Man airlifted to Vanderbilt after swimming pool incident

ROBERTSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man was airlifted to Vanderbilt University Medical Center Sunday night after a swimming pool incident near Orlinda in Robertson County.

According to Smokey Barn News, the call went out just after 8:30 p.m. to a home on Roy Pearson Road near South Lamont Road.

A Vanderbilt LifeFlight helicopter landed at the Orlinda city park to transport the man, the paper reported.

Information on the man’s condition and further details about what occurred wasn’t immediately available.
