Clarksville woman shot through door dies, 1 in custody

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The woman shot in the back through a home’s door in Clarksville Monday has passed away and the suspected shooter has been taken into custody.

Clarksville police reported Princess Clark, 32, died Thursday from injuries sustained from the shooting.

Clarksville police said it happened in the 400 block of Cranklen Circle at 8:15 p.m.

The suspect who was sought in the incident, Micheal Flippen, 31, turned himself in to authorities Thursday.

Flipped is charged with criminal homicide and reckless endangerment. His bond was set at $600,000.
