NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police recovered a Ford F-150 they believe is a vehicle of interest involving the shooting death of a 49-year-old man last month.
Acting on a citizen’s tip, detectives found the truck at 366 Village Green Drive in Nashboro Village. The truck was unoccupied and is being processed for evidence.
Roger Fryer was found shot to death around 3:30 a.m. on May 17 in the 3200 block of Mt. View Circle off of Murfreesboro Road. Police said Fryer’s body was dumped at the site after being shot.
The vehicle of interest, a gray Ford with license plate 74H1045, was stolen from construction workers on Bell Road and Eagle View Boulevard, police said.
