NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Darius Rucker held his 6th Annual “Darius & Friends” benefit concert in Downtown Nashville Monday night.
Rucker was joined by Brett Eldredge, A Thousand Horses, Steve Wariner and Little Big Town on the stage at Wildehorse Saloon.
The concert, combined with an auction and golf tournament, benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
“I wanted to do something in Nashville that was cool that could raise money for St. Jude,” Rucker told News 2 Monday night.
“We’ve had such great acts. And we’ve done it again this year. We’ve got some of my friends to come out and it’s going to be a good night. And what it all comes down to is raising money for St. Jude,” he added.
Over the last six years, Darius & Friends have raised more than $400,000 for St. Jude.
