Memorial Day Dash to benefit Nashville City Cemetery restoration

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Nashville residents had the chance to help restoration of the Nashville City Cemetery with a 5K run Monday.

The Memorial Day Dash was held south of downtown at Fort Negley.

Beginning at 8 a.m. at Greer Stadium, runners followed a course around Fort Negley, finishing in the Nashville City Cemetery.

All proceeds from the run will be put towards cemetery restoration.
