MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — The Murfreesboro Fire Department freed a driver trapped in his car after a three-vehicle accident Wednesday morning.
It happened at the West Northfield Boulevard and Sulphur Springs Road intersection.
The accident left one vehicle on its side, with the driver inside trapped by his seat belt.
Rescue crews responded to the scene and removed the front windshield and sunroof to cut the seat belt and eventually free the victim.
The crash victim was transported to a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
