NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Nashville’s Food Truck Association kicked off its third annual Nashville Street Food Month Thursday.
The month starts with Street Food Thursdays where 18 food trucks will park on Deaderick Street near Fifth Avenue downtown to serve lunch.
Trucks scheduled for “Street Food Thursdays” include Bacon Nation, The Confeastador, Crankee’s Pizzeria, Dan’s Gourmet Mac Attack, Deg Thai, Grilled Cheeserie, Hoss’ Loaded Burgers, Julia’s Bakery, King Tut’s, Maggie Moo’s, Moovers and Shakers, Music City Pie Co., Pig N Pit, Pita Pit, Riffs Fine Street Food, Smoke Et Al, Smoothie King and Yayo’s OMG.
Mayor Dean is scheduled to speak at Wednesday’s event.
All members of the Nashville Food Truck Association will donate a portion of their proceeds during the month of May to Second Harvest Food Bank and Musician’s Corner.
