NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – The big redevelopment project proposed for the Bellevue Center Mall got the green light at Tuesday night’s Metro Council meeting.
One Bellevue Place is a $100 million mixed-used project that will include 600,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and restaurant space.
The plan also includes 300 apartments, a hotel and 150,000 square feet of office space.
Sears is the only remaining store at the mall and currently owns the property.
Developers hope to break ground later this year and have the site open in 2016 or 2017.
