Former Titan Matt Hasselbeck’s rental car stolen from Green Hills hotel

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Police are investigating after Matt Hasselbeck, a former quarterback for the Tennessee Titans, reported his rental car was stolen from a Nashville-area hotel.

Police said Hasselbeck was staying at the Courtyard by Marriott located on Bedford Avenue in Green Hills.

Hasselbeck reported he parked his Hertz rental vehicle, a 2015 Silver Dodge Journey van, across the street from the hotel around 4 p.m. Saturday.

When he returned to where the rental was left around 10 a.m. Sunday, he discovered the vehicle was gone.

Hasselbeck was still in possession of the keys.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the van is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 615-74-CRIME. The van’s tag number is CCV-1367.

Hasselbeck was signed with the Tennessee Titans in 2011. He was later released in 2013. He currently plays for the Colts.
