NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man wanted for shooting another man in a busy west Nashville shopping center was arrested Tuesday afternoon.
Reginald Steed, 23, allegedly shot the victim after agreeing to meet him at the Firehouse Subs on Charlotte Avenue on Feb. 18.
Steed reportedly requested to meet with Labrian Lyons, 28, to repay him $500 Lyons had previously loaned him.
Once Lyons arrived, Steed got into his car and allegedly tried to rob him.
The two men fought over a gun and fell into the parking lot. Lyons was shot twice in the leg and once in the arm before running to a nearby grocery store for help.
Steed is also charged with aggravated assault for shooting his ex-roommate on Ed Temple Boulevard on Jan. 29.
During that incident, Steed allegedly fired at the victim in traffic after threatening the man via text message.
Steed was booked into the Metro jail with a bond of $125,000.
