NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – A man was arrested at Nashville International Airport early Sunday morning after he made a comment about a hand grenade.
According to an affidavit, Jason Clark asked Transportation Security Administration agents if he had to take everything out of his pockets, including hand grenades.
His statement caused the TSA to be alarmed, and they contacted police.
Responding officers searched Clark but found no weapons.
Clark, 40, was charged with filing a false report. He was booked into the Metro jail on $5,000 bond.
