NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – If you asked a player, coach or fans at the beginning of the year what the Titans record would be, no one would have said 2-13.

After finishing 7-9 last year, the Titans lost six of their games by less than a possession and missed the playoffs by just one game.

Fast forward to this season and players are in a bit of a shock about their current 9 game losing streak.

“I would’ve bet a game check on it that we wouldn’t of been 2 and 13, man. It’s just that way, like I said we work so hard,” said Derek Morgan.

“We didn’t see it coming but this league’s competitive and you know there’s a little play here, a little play there in a lot of these games that the winning teams make, and we haven’t made a bunch of them,” explained Charlie Whitehurst.

The Titans currently own their worst record since moving to Nashville. If they lose to the Colts next Sunday, they’ll be the worst team since moving to Music City in 1997.
