Police search for men involved multiple hotel robberies

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Metro police are looking for the men who robbed a hotel in Antioch and Smyrna and may be involved in another similar robbery.

Police say a man wearing a ski mask walked into the Knights Inn on Bell Road just after Midnight on Wednesday.

The lobby was locked, and when the clerk saw the suspect’s gun he ran and hid inside the laundry room.

Police are searching for the man that robbed the Quarters Inn in Antioch Wednesday morning.

After a few minutes, the suspect left and went next door to the Quarters Inn. Once there, he went inside, pointed the gun at the clerk, and demanded money.

After the suspect got the cash, he ran out and jumped into a getaway car driven by a second unknown suspect.

The clerk that had been robbed hid in the bathroom and called police.

Authorities also told News 2 they believe the men may have robbed the Hampton Inn off Sam Ridley Parkway earlier Tuesday night.

The suspect involved in the robbery is described as black male around 5 feet 10 inches tall and 160 pounds. He got into a dark-colored vehicle.

He was last seen wearing camouflage pants, a dark-colored sweatshirt and ski mask, and blue and white striped shoes.

No description was immediately available for the driver of the getaway car.
