A 31-year-old man is dead after he reportedly suffered a seizure while Davidson County sheriff’s deputies were at his home he shared with his father Thursday morning serving an eviction notice.
It happened around 8:30 a.m. at the Holiday Mobile Village on Grizzard Avenue off Dickerson Pike and north of Trinity Lane.

Metro police spokesman Don Aaron said Filiberto Lopez Jr. became combative, forcing the deputies to place him in handcuffs, which is when Lopez possibly suffered a seizure.
Metro police and the Nashville Fire Department were called to the scene to assist with the situation.
Upon their arrival, police attempted to change out Lopez’s handcuffs as he regained consciousness.
During that time, police reported Lopez became aggressive again. Emergency crews gave him an injection before he was transported to Skyline Medical Center where he died a short time later.
His cause of death remains under investigation.
Deputies, first responders and Lopez’s father are all being questioned.
Police told News 2 a truck had been at the trailer earlier on Thursday and someone had attempted to move the trailer from the park.
It is unclear who owns the mobile home or why Lopez and his father were being evicted.
