A nurse named James Taylor is jailed for performing medical procedures without the direction of a doctor.
According to agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, in May Taylor treated a man who became ill at his Fentress County home.
The man was allegedly in a semi-conscious state when Taylor began a saline drip and gave him prescription medicine.
