An HIV positive woman was arrested Wednesday for aggravated prostitution when she allegedly climbed into an unmarked police car and offered to charge the officer for sex.
Police reported Kesha Williams, 23, saw the officer pull into a Sonic restaurant on Dickerson Road around 4 p.m. and followed him on foot to a parking lot behind the building.
Once the officer was parked, Williams reportedly got into his vehicle and asked him where he was going to take her.
According to an affidavit, she then noticed the police equipment in the car and the officer identified himself to her as police.
Williams reportedly admitted that she was going to charge the officer $60 for sex.
When asked by police why she got into the car, Williams allegedly replied that she thought he looked like one of her regular customers.
Once the officer looked up Williams’ information, it was revealed that Williams had tested positive for HIV and had been notified of her status.
Williams remains in the Metro jail on a charge of aggravated prostitution with a bond of $25,000.
