Titans left tackle Michael Roos is likely headed for knee surgery and the first extended absence of his career.
Roos says they will make a decision on surgery in the next couple of days.
One factor in the decision is if the surgery has a short recovery time or if it ends his season.
Roos missed practice on Wednesday and wore a brace on his right knee.
Roos completed the Titans game Sunday, but went to trainers afterwards about the injury.
In his career, he has missed only one game in his nine-plus seasons.
If Roos is out, he will likely be replaced by first round pick Taylor Lewan in the starting lineup.
Titans quarterback Jake Locker also missed practice with a bruised right thumb Wednesday.
Locker was able to throw passes though and hopes to practice Thursday and as much as possible the rest of the week.
The injury came in the second quarter against Cleveland when Locker banged his thumb on a helmet while throwing a pass.
