The festival that honors those famous “fainting” goats of Marshall County, Tennessee returns to Lewisburg, Tennessee, this October 10 and 11 with another great lineup of entertainment and activities for the whole family to enjoy.
The fun begins Thursday night, October 9, 2014, with a Goat Rodeo for the kids. On Friday, October 10, 2014, the festival really kicks into gear with Fainting (Myotonic) and Boer Goat shows, kids games and rides, arts and crafts, vendors, food and musical entertainment.
Multi-platinum-selling artist Joe Diffie takes the Goats, Music and More stage at Rock Creek Park on Friday night to close out the first full day of fun and events.
Saturday night, The Marshall Tucker Band will hit the stage bringing its southern sound and decades of hit music. Opening acts include Shaun Murphy and the Don Ray Band.
Admission to the festival and all the great music is FREE.
