Two illegal gambling operations were shut down by Metro police Thursday night.
Police said an eight-month investigation led to an execution of search warrants at Café Bar 126 located on Annex Avenue and Chot-Nho Café located on Nolensville Pike.
Authorities seized 19 electronic gambling machines from the two businesses, which police said primarily cater to the area’s Vietnamese residents.
Police also recovered more than $58,000 in cash.
Café Bar 126 is alleged to be owned and operated by 43-year-old Tommy Hoang, while Chot-Nho Café is believed to be owned by Lan Duong, 42.
Several others face gambling charges in connection to the raid.
