Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon and her talent agent husband Jim Toth have reportedly purchased a fixer-upper in Oak Hill.
According to Variety, the Hollywood couple purchased the more than 3,800-square-foot home on Curtiswood Lane for $1.95 million.
The home, originally built in the 1930s, features four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, hardwood floors and sits on more than six acres.
A separate guest house and an in-ground swimming pool are also on the property.
Witherspoon grew up in Nashville and often visits Music City.
