SMYRNA, Tenn. (AP) – A central Tennessee man facing multiple sex-related charged involving a minor is being sought after police say he cut off an ankle monitor and skipped town ahead of a court date.

He is charged with rape, sexual battery of a minor and especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor.

Arnold described Tarras as five feet eight inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds. He has brown hair and a light beard and may to keep his head and face shaved.
