Police have arrested a man in connection to a deadly south Nashville night club shooting in 2010.
Juan Diego Vargas was booked into the Metro jail around 4 a.m. Thursday and charged with first degree murder.
According to police, Vargas pulled out a semi-automatic pistol and shot Santos Reyes in the head while he was playing pool at the Las Potrancas Bar on Haywood Lane on March 1, 2010.
Vargas fled the scene with his brother, Adolfo Vargas, who was reportedly arguing with Reyes before the shooting.
Adolfo was arrested shortly after the murder, but Juan Vargas was said to be in Mexico or California.
Juan Vargas also faces three counts of possession of weapon with intent. His bond was set at $2.75 million.
