South Nashville routed Florida 13-1 in only four innings Wednesday in Warner Robins, Georgia to advance to the Little League Southeast Regional Finals.

South Nashville took a 1-0 lead in the first inning on a bases loaded single by Cade Reynolds. Tennessee put the game away in the second inning when it exploded for seven runs. Sam Slaughter ended the game in the fourth inning with a 3-run homer bringing on the 10-run rule.

Slaughter was 3 for 4 with two doubles and the three run blast.

Blake Money pitched four innings for the win, giving up only three hits and one run while striking out eight.

South Nashville plays for the Southeast Region championship Friday at 6:00 PM.

Watch parties are scheduled Friday at Cross Corner Bar & Grill in Brentwood and Nolen’s Place in Nolensville.
