Metro police are investigating after the Chuy’s restaurant at the Opry Mills Mall was robbed at knifepoint.
It happened around 10 p.m. Sunday.
Employees at the Mexican restaurant told News 2 a man wearing a Chuy’s t-shirt walked up to the manager, pointed a knife at him and demanded money.
It’s unclear how much money was stolen.
Guests inside the restaurant were asked to leave while police investigated.
Chuy’s opened at the mall in March of 2012.
