The Tennessee Titans opened training camp with a pair of roster moves Friday. The team waived tight end Adam Schiltz and signed guard Kevin Danser.
Danser is a rookie free agent out of Stanford. The 6 foot 5 inch, 290 pound offensive lineman was a two-year starter for the Cardinal and took part in the team’s rookie mini-camp in May on a tryout basis.
The team added Danser after putting veteran guard Andy Levitre on the Non-Football Injury list (NFI) to start camp.
Levite had to have his appendix removed Thursday night. He tweeted just before Midnight the surgery went well and he was already back at St. Thomas Sports Park Friday afternoon.
Marcus Dixon starts the season on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list.
