Metro police are searching for a driver after finding a car on its roof in the Antioch area early Friday morning.
Officers responded to Franklin Limestone Road and Billingsgate Road just after 4:30 a.m. No one was in the nearby vicinity.
The fire department told News 2 that the car more than likely went off the roadway and flipped upside down when it struck a large pile of rocks.
Wet roads could also have been a factor.
The crash is the third in three days on Franklin Limestone Road.
The car, which had a disabled tag on its back, suffered heavy damage.
Officials have attempted to contact the owner of the vehicle but have been unsuccessful.
