The Nashville Predators finished their six day rookie development camp with a prospect scrimmage Saturday at Bridgestone Arena. The 32 prospects were divided into two teams with Team Silver defeating Team Blue 7-5 in a shoot-out.

Tommy Veilleux scored straight off a face off in the first period to give Team Silver the early 1-0 lead. Team Blue first score of the scrimmage came in the second period off the stick of Jaynen Rissling.

Veilleux, who was acquired by the Predators in the 6th round of the 2013 draft, scored again in the second to give Silver the 2-1 advantage.

Filip Forsberg, who played in 13 games with the Predators last season, scored the final regulation goal of the scrimmage.

The Predators recent 1st round pick Kevin Fiala and 4th round pick Viktor Arvidsson stole the show in the shootout with impressive moves to give Team Silver the 7-5 win.

The offseason continues for the Predators when Rookie Camp begins on September 13th.
