Wednesday marked the five year anniversary of pop star Michael Jackson’s death.
Jackson, 50, suffered cardiac arrest June 25, 2009 at a home he was renting. Upon their arrival, paramedics said he was not breathing.
Jackson, often known as the “King of Pop,” was transported to UCLA Medical Center where he later died.
At the time of his death, Jackson was preparing to go on tour in a comeback attempt.
Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician treating Jackson prior to his untimely death, served two years of jail time for involuntary manslaughter.
