A Kroger employee was arrested late Sunday night after police say she allowed friends to steal gas for nearly two months.
Victoria Robinson, 19, was a fuel clerk at the business’ location on Clarksville Pike.
According to an arrest warrant, loss prevention agents noticed a discrepancy and approached Robinson.
She reportedly admitted to the thefts, allowing her friends to take gasoline without payment beginning April 13.
The stolen gas amounted to $1,100.
Robinson was charged with theft and booked into the Metro jail on $3,500 bond.
