SLIDESHOW: Boy, 6, swept away by flood waters
Tristen was riding in a car with his family to get food when the vehicle was swept away last Thursday morning in the Beaver Creek Dam area near Centerville.
His body was recovered 48 hours later, around 10:30 a.m. Saturday, in a drain pipe on private property about three fourths of a mile away from where his family’s car was overcome by water.
A GoFundMe account has been set up to help with Tristen’s funeral expenses.
