Metro police have arrested a driver who struck and killed a man who was sitting on a downtown bench earlier this year.
The deadly accident occurred on Church Street on February 27.

Mina Wahba, 23, was behind the wheel of the Toyota Camry when it jumped the curb, striking 56-year-old Philip Radican.
Witnesses reported Wahba ran a red-light and collided with another vehicle before striking the bench Radican was resting on.
Radican died at the scene.
Wahba is charged with vehicular homicide, reckless endangerment and driving without proof of insurance.
