An employee at a Nashville Walmart was arrested Sunday after he was caught touching himself inappropriately in the store.
According to the arrest warrant, Elisha Day-Jenkins, 18, was asked to leave the store on Nolensville Pike after the incident, but went back later in the day.
He was reportedly standing behind a female customer while touching himself and was seen by a loss and prevention employee at the store, police said.
Jenkins returned to the store around 9:15 p.m. Sunday night and was arrested.
The affidavit states security footage of the first incident was given to police.
Jenkins was charged with criminal trespassing and indecent exposure.
His bond was set at $2,500, and he is scheduled to be in court June 19.
