With free agency and the NFL Draft history, the national “experts” are still clearly not impressed by the Tennessee Titans.

The Titans finished last season 7-9, missing the NFL playoffs and the “experts” fully expect that to happen again. The Titans had 75-1 odds to win the Super Bowl before free agency and the draft.

After adding Michael Oher, Dexter McCluster, Wesley Woodyard, Shaun Phillips and six draft picks, the Titans are still 75-1. ranks the Titans 25th out of 32 NFL teams. They actually dropped in their poll after the draft.

It is even worse for Ken Whisenhunt and company, according to The Titans are ranked 29th. That would make them the fourth worst team in the NFL.

Much of the concern for the Titans seems to center on the quarterback position and the teams failure to draft a quarterback in the first round despite the injury history of starter Jake Locker.

Tennessee did take LSU’s Zach Mettenberger, but that was not until the sixth round.
