A family of three was arrested in a prostitution sting Monday after a woman’s mother and father showed up at a motel room in Madison with condoms.
According to an arrest warrant, an undercover detective responded to an ad on Backpage.com and met with Christy Huxoll, 33, at the Madison Square Inn on Emmitt Avenue.
Huxoll agreed to perform sexual acts on the detective for $160 for half an hour. An affidavit says once she took the money, Huxoll was taken into custody and charged with prostitution.
She then reportedly told police that someone was on their way to the motel with condoms for them to use.
Shortly after, Lisa Alff and Larry Huxoll arrived and told police they knew their daughter was a prostitute, allowed her to use the room to keep her off the streets, and bought her condoms to use, according to the police report.
Alff, 48, and Larry Huxoll, 53, were both charged with promoting prostitution and their bonds were set at $10,000.
Christy Huxoll was also charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
