The 2014 NFL Draft is in the books and the Tennessee Titans have six new players coming to Nashville.
After taking offensive tackle Taylor Lewan in the first round Thursday and running back Bishop Sankey in the second round Friday, the Titans proceeded to load up on defensive talent and a future prospect at quarterback.
After trading down and adding a second pick in the 4th round, the Titans went with two defensive players in tackle DaQuan Jones out of Pennsylvania State University and cornerback Marqueston Huff from Wyoming.
Both players can fit multiple positions on defense and Ken Whisenhunt said he liked their versatility.
In the 5th round the Titans drafted linebacker Avery Williamson out of Kentucky. They thought he was a better value than the 5th round.
For their final pick of the draft they traded up to get quarterback Zach Mettenberger from LSU in the 6th round. Although he has had some issues off the field, the Titans felt like he could be a steal in the 6th round of the draft.
