Two men suspected of car burglaries in Hendersonville were arrested in Nashville Friday.
Metro police took 23-year-old Cody Byron into custody on unrelated charges. Erick Smith, 21, was arrested later in the day.
They are accused of breaking into cars in Hendersonville Thursday night. During an investigation, authorities connected Bryon, Smith and a light colored Nissan Xterra to the crimes.
A flyer with the two men was distributed to local counties and a Metro officer recognized the men Friday.
Byron and Smith are being held in the Metro Nashville jail. Both are charged with four counts of burglary and one count of theft over $1,000. Additional charges are possible.
