Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling is reportedly battling cancer, according to several news sources, including ESPN.
The shocking health news was first reported by the New York Post, who said the 80-year-old man was diagnosed with prostate cancer some time ago.
Sterling made news earlier this week after he was banned from the NBA for life and fined $2.5 million after racist remarks he made were posted online.
Clippers players and fans said after Thursday night’s game they were unaware of Sterling’s cancer diagnosis.
