Metro police say a citizen’s tip led police to the arrest of a man and woman selling hallucinogenic mushrooms from their east Nashville home Tuesday night.

Undercover detectives purchased 12 ounces of the illegal drug from Drew Mena and Toni Gobbell’s residence located in the 1400 block of Meridian Street.

Gobbell, 54, admitted that she allowed Mena to store the mushrooms in her bedroom.

She is charged with possession of narcotics for resale and is being held in lieu of $25,000.

Police said she has previous convictions for forgery, theft and drug possession.

Mena, 37, is charged with sale of a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He is being held in lieu of $76,000 bond.
