A 10-year-old boy was released by his abductor after singing the same gospel song over and over again last March.

According to WSB-TV in Atlanta, a man grabbed Willie Myrick while he was outside his home playing with his Chihuahua.

“He was cursing at me, telling me to shut up, and didn’t want to hear a word from me,” Willie said.

Not being quiet like he was asked ultimately saved the boy’s life.

Willie started singing the gospel song “Every Praise” over and over until the man, who reportedly drove around for more than three hours, stopped his car and threw him out.

The song begins with, “Every praise is to our God, every word of worship with one accord…”

The writer of the song, Hezekiah Walker, told WSB that he believes God spoke through him to save Willie’s life.

His captor has yet to be found.  He was driving a light gray Honda Civic.  There’s currently a $10,000 reward for any information leading to his arrest.
