Clarksville police have charged two more men in a deadly home invasion that took place in 2013.

The Leaf Chronicle reports Joseph Graham, 26, and Kentavius Cheeks, 18, were charged with criminal homicide Wednesday.

A third person, 23-year-old Curtis Shelton Jr., was arrested Tuesday and is facing the same charge.

Authorities said the men broke into a home in the 700 block of Ranch Hill Drive in Clarksville on July 21. They then tied up
several people in the house while they gathered valuables.

Witnesses said one of the victims, Miles Hendricks, was able to free himself before getting into a fight with Graham,
leaving the suspect with an injured shoulder.

During the scuffle Shelton reportedly came downstairs and shot and killed Hendricks.

All three men are being held without bond.

Cheeks was already behind bars for aggravated robbery and assault charges when his warrant was served.
