Singer Glen Campbell moved to facility for Alzheimer’s

Grammy Award winning singer Glen Campbell was recently moved to a facility more than three years after he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.

A family friend told People Magazine the 78-year-old moved to an undisclosed facility last week, adding they were unsure what the long-term plan for Campbell's care was.

Campbell decided to publicly speak about his diagnosis because he wanted fans to know in case he forgot song lyrics during performances.

On Friday, a documentary, “Glen Campbell… I'll Be Me,” will debut at the Nashville Film Festival.

The documentary closely follows Campbell, his wife and their three children as the cope with the various stages of the disease and life on the road.
