Butch Jones' assistants were given extensions and linebackers coach Tommy Thigpen was given a $25,000 raise Monday.
The contracts for Thigpen, defensive coordinator John Janeck and offensive coordinator Mike Bajakian will now run through February 28, 2016.

Receivers coach Zach Azzanni, tight ends / special teams coach Mark Elder, offensive line coach Don Mahoney, running backs coach Robert Gillespie, secondary coach Willie Martinez, defensive line coach Steve Stripling and strength coach Dave Lawson also have contracts running through February 2016.
Thigpen's contract calls for Tennessee to provide him either a courtesy vehicle or a $600 monthly vehicle allowance.

His new raise has him making $375,000 per year.
Tennessee signed a top five recruiting class in February and Thigpen was named the national recruiter of the year by Rivals.com after the signing.
