A man who was wanted for making his second kidnapping attempt in Clarksville was arrested Friday.

He is now behind bars in the Montgomery County Jail on $1 million dollar bond.

The Leaf Chronicle reported that Garon Brown, 25, was taken into custody late Friday night.

Brown was previously arrested for trying to kidnap a woman at the Shell Gas Station on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard on March 19. He was arrested the next day after he returned to the same location.

After he was released on a $30,000 bond Wednesday, a second woman came forward and said Brown tried to pull her from her vehicle on March 19.

The victim was able to kick him away, causing Brown to flee the scene. Police said Brown knew his second victim.
