Franklin police have arrested a suspect in the city's Westhaven subdivision.
Kevin Hardy, 38, was arrested at his home at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the 200 block of Prospect Avenue in connection to 10 vehicle burglaries and one home burglary that occurred on January 24 in his Franklin neighborhood.
Detectives believe Hardy burglarized a home on Championship Boulevard in Westhaven while a family was inside sleeping.
According to a press release, he stole two rifles and a handgun, among other things during the burglaries.
Hardy is charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and aggravated burglary. He is being held in a Williamson County jail on $1 million dollar bond.
Police said he is a convicted felon with a violent history.
