Last week the jet stream migrated northward, allowing mild temperatures to invade the mid south.
However, this week, it will be plunging southward again, bringing another arctic blast Tuesday Night.
As far as snow is concerned, it probably won't be “the big one” but we could see snow showers and snow flurries late Tuesday night through early Wednesday morning.
It could bring some minor accumulations to our eastern counties, but we should see some flying in the air in Nashville and the rest of Middle TN, as well.
Temps early Wednesday morning will be well below freezing, so we'll watch those bridges and overpasses then.
