A longtime Cheatham County blogger passed away Thursday after battling cancer for nearly A decade.
David Flemming previously told Nashville's News 2 he channeled his struggles into a message that he hoped make others' lives better.
Prior to his death, Flemming suggested to his blog readers to write their own obituary to get an idea of everything they have accomplished.
“Write your own obituary and read it. You'd be surprised,” he said, adding, “Live life like it's meant to be lived. Don't worry about the small stuff. It will take care of its own. Have goals and set them a little at a time and it feels like you've accomplished a lot.”
Flemming wrote for Nashville.com.
Funeral arrangements were not immediately released.
