A 20-year-old man on the state's “Most Wanted” list since September, surrendered to authorities Thursday night.

Alonzo Howard was wanted by Franklin police and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation for a 2011 home invasion.

Police said Howard and several other suspects entered a home on Cherokee Place in Franklin and forced three females inside the residence to an adjacent house.

Howard and the other suspects ransacked the home looking for drugs and money.

Howard turned himself into officers at the Criminal Justice Center, near downtown Nashville before being transported to the Williamson County Sheriff's Office where he is being held.

He is charged attempted second degree murder and three felony counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, among others.
