Brandt Snedeker missed the cut at the Farmers Insurance Open after going five over in the first two rounds. He won the tournament in 2012 and tied for second in the tournament last year.
Snedeker posted a 77 on the first day at Torrey Pines on the North Course and was at even-par earlier today on the South Course.
He started out the tournament with a birdie on the first hole, but then posted a triple bogey on the par-3 sixth hole and three other bogeys on the day.
Snedeker then made four birdies on the second day, but matched that with four bogeys to post an even-par for the day.
Earlier this year he participated in the Hyundai Tournament of Champions and the Humana Challenge in partnership with the Clinton Foundation. This is Snedeker's first missed cut of the year.
