Middle Tennessee senior Shawn Jones recorded his fifth double-double with 16 points and a career-high 20 rebounds Sunday, but it wasn't enough as the Blue Raiders fell 89-85 to Maine in overtime.

Jones made two free throws in overtime to pull the Blue Raiders with in one. Maine, however, finished the extra period with a 12-9 run to seal the victory.

Senior Neiko Hunter tied his career-best 20 points while redshirt sophomore Jaqawn Raymond's 18 points were also a career- high.

With the loss, the Blue Raiders fall to 8-5 on the season. Their next game is set for Jan. 7th on the road against Tennessee State.
